"After contacting at least 5 vendors by phone we realized they would not do a removal of the existing floors. They only did installations. It was then we found Quaglino’s in the phone book and they were extremely friendly and professional and said they would do the removal and installation. We set up an appointment with Pat. He was punctual and sat down with us as to what we wanted to have completed. He looked over the areas we wanted to have fixed and made recommendations. He then said he would send us an estimate.

When we went to their shop we were treated very well and were shown many examples of the type of floor we might want. We were encouraged to take samples home to see if they fit the color scheme of our home and cabinets. The staff also explained the many differences in the types of flooring and the cost of each type.

Not once were we ever pressured or made to feel uncomfortable with our selections. The contractors Pat recommended were excellent in doing the job. They were courteous and careful in the removal of the floors. All the work was done in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend Quaglino’s to anyone who needs a professional installation.
